What participation options do I have?
It is possible to take part as an exhibitor, sponsor, or partner – and there are different available options within each category! Find out more here. You can also directly contact us at [email protected] and we’ll get creative!
As an exhibitor, do I receive any invitations or discount codes to distribute among my network?
As an exhibitor, you get a number of invitations and exhibitor badges that depends on the participation package you contracted. You will also get discounted rates for purchasing additional passes.
If you are already an exhibitor, you can find this information in the Exhibitor Area.
If that’s not your situation, we will be happy to discuss exhibiting opportunities and benefits included such as types of passes, among others. Please contact our sales department: [email protected].
I would like to organize my own session / a private meeting alongside TBWC25. Which options do I have?
The 2025 Call for Breakout Sessions closed on June, 25.
However, if you’re considering the opportunity to speak at SCEWC25, you can do so by becoming an official Partner. Secure a congress spot and gain maximum awareness for your brand.
How can I exhibit as a startup at TBWC25?
Startups can showcase their solutions at the Innovation Playground, a dedicated space for emerging companies. Visit this page for details on participation options and how to apply.
How can I access my invoice?
If you requested your invoice during the registration process, log into the Exhibitor Area and find it available for download under the “invoice” section.
How do I organize the build-up of my stand?
We offer exhibitors full flexibility, whether they want to contract space-only and then personalize their design stand or contract a shell-scheme. For space-only options, we recommend contracting the service of buildUP, Fira de Barcelona’s booth design department.
How can I book stand and catering services?
Contact our specialized departments so they can give you a quote tailored to your needs:

When do assembly and dismantling take place? Does the assembly team need a special pass to access the venue?
Assembly hours:
- 30 October – 2 November: 8 am – 8 pm
- 3 November: 8 am – 10 pm
Dismantling hours:
- 6 November: 6 pm – 10 pm
- 7 – 8 November: 8 am – 8 pm
Please note:
– Vehicles will not be allowed inside the hall.
– Exhibitors who have booked their stand through ServiFira can have access to the stand 48 hours before the event starts. Their furniture will be delivered 24h before the event’s opening.
– All assembly staff will need a Contractor Pass, a personal and nontransferable pass that will give access during assembly and disassembly periods (not during the event celebration). Members of the assembly team will have to request their Contractor pass. The Organization will review the application and shall approve or deny it.

What is Tomorrow.Building World Congress?
Tomorrow.Buinding World Congress exists in order to empower the green and digital transition of buildings and urban infrastructures across the globe. We help cities and territories become better places to live in by bringing them together and approaching the latest market-ready urban solutions.
The event consists of a 3-day congress and expo and has become the annual meeting point for corporate leaders, public representatives, entrepreneurs, experts, and academics from all around the globe, encouraging them to learn from each other, share experiences, talk about best practices, and open new paths for international collaboration.

The 2025 edition will take place from 4 to 6 November.

I’m already registered, how can I access the venue?
In order to access the venue you will have to present your Digital Badge, which you can find on the official event’s app (available from October). Once you arrive at the venue, it will be scanned and you’ll receive your printed Badge at the entrance.
I’m already registered, how can I print my ticket?
We promote an online ticketing! Make sure you read the following instructions on how to get your Badge:
- Download the Official Event App prior to your arrival:
The 2025 Official App will be available in October. You’ll find your Digital Badge on the app.
Please log in with the email address you provided in the Attendees Details during the registration process. - Use your Digital Badge to enter Fira Barcelona:
To enter the venue, present your Digital Badge on your mobile device. - Collect your printed Badge:
Your Digital Badge will be scanned, and you’ll receive your printed badge at the entrance.

What is your refund policy?
As a general rule, once the registration fee has been paid it cannot be refunded. For any further questions please contact us at: [email protected].
Can I register more than one person?
Yes, it is possible to register more than one person. You will need to choose the type of ticket and the amount on the first screen, then simply fill in the details of all those to be registered on the following screen.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Please contact us at: [email protected] and we will review thoroughly your case.
Can I upgrade my pass?
Yes, if you have a Visitor Pass you can go to your Visitor Area and upgrade your pass at anytime.
When is the latest I can purchase tickets online?
You can buy your pass online until the last day of the event.
Do you have any discounts available?
We offer different group discounts: 10% for purchases of 3 or 4 passes; 20% for 5 to 10; and 30% for more than 10 passes. We also provide students with a 50% discount in their pass purchases. We also hold promotions on some special occasions. If you want to be kept in the loop and get exclusive and limited-time promos, subscribe to our newsletter.
I am a student, can I benefit from any discount?
We offer all students a 50% discount for their pass. Just drop us an email or call +34 93 233 20 00 to request your discount code.
Can I get a discount if I’m buying several passes?
We offer a 10% discount for groups of 3 or 4 people; 20% for 5 to 10; and a 30% discount for groups of more than 10 people.
Someone sent me an invitation code, how do I use it?
You can apply your invitation code in your purchase process. First, you need to register on our website. Once you are signed in, you will be able to choose which pass you want. On the upper left side of the screen, you will find a specific box to apply your promo code.
